What you are looking at on this page is a universal shelf/tray that was originally used at Ulta stores across the country to both merchandise and test upmarket cosmetics of all types. (See box below for a small variety)  Was also used to display other non-cosmetic items. 

This unit can be ordered with clear or frosted tester tiles.  It is also designed to accommodate custom made tiles to fit your individual products.  The unit is 36 x 12 inches with a bull nose front but it can be modified for custom orders.  See Hard Candy/Urban Decay. (Shown)  This shelf is designed to fit on pins 9 inches apart on gondolas but is easily adapted to peg board and slat wall or specially modified knife brackets. (Shown)
